Our professional video and audio recording services allow you to capture your live performance with high-quality visuals and enhanced sound, perfect for building your portfolio, promoting your music, or keeping a high-quality record of your set.

Process / Terms and Conditions

1. Process

1:1 Booking & Payment

• Choose Your Package: Browse our price list and select the package that best fits your needs.

• Read Our Terms & Conditions: Please ensure you understand our process and policies before proceeding.

• Submit Your Request Form: You can do this via our QR code, Facebook page, website, or by completing a hard copy at an event.

• Make Your Payment: A 50% deposit is required for Silver & Gold Packages, while the Bronze Package requires full payment upfront.

• Agree to Audio Quote (Gold Package Only): If applicable, we will confirm your audio quote once reviewed by our studio guru before proceeding.

• Review Your Watermarked Video: A preview will be provided for review, allowing you to request any necessary revisions (See T&C’s for revision allowance).

• Receive Final Delivery: Your final video will be sent via WeTransfer or Google Drive (Please Get in touch if you require an invoice).

2. Terms & Conditions

2.1 Payment & Booking

• A 50% deposit is required (Gold & Silver) to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery.

• Prices are per individual track and may vary based on additional revision requests or Professional Audio requirements.

2.2 Turnaround Times

• Bronze Package: Delivered within 1-3 days from the date full payment is received (not the event date).

• Silver & Gold Packages: Delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date the deposit is received or the final editing agreement is confirmed.

• Any delays caused by the client, such as late payments or missing information, may affect delivery times.

2.3 Revisions & Edits

• Bronze - Package: No edits or post-production services are included.

• Silver - 1 round of revisions are included.

• Gold - Up to two rounds of revisions are included.

• Additional revisions can be accommodated (Price subject to complexity).

3. Video & Audio Delivery

• All content is delivered digitally via Google Drive or WeTransfer please add in the notes section on your recording form if you wish to have your content sent via a USB stick (£15)

• Google Drive links expire after one week.

• WeTransfer links expire after three days.

• Please download your files before the expiry date to avoid loss.

4. Re-Recording Policy

• If you are unsatisfied with your performance and wish to re-record, we can arrange this.

• Additional charges will apply for re-recording a single song or a full showreel, covering the cost of filming and editing.

• In some cases, we may allow your original deposit to be applied towards a future re-recording session, at our discretion.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your video and audio. If there are any issues with the final product, we will work with you to resolve them.

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every effort to meet your expectations.

• If you cancel after full payment has been made, no refund will be issued.

• In the rare event that we are unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund may be considered.

6. Usage Rights & Ownership

• Clients retain full rights to their original music and performances.

• Public Image Promotions reserves the right to use footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions beyond our control during recording sessions.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their performance is of a suitable quality for recording.
